We discovered Green Land products at our local Mediterranean market and especially love making Za'atar Bread for breakfast with their Zatar Manakeesh ... so fresh & flavorful! The company also stands behind their products - we recently had an issue with a product and contacted the company; they immediately shipped a replacement plus some Barazek Cookies as a treat. Those little cookies are addictive - the perfect sweet snack with a cup of strong coffee!

The tahini is super fresh and doesn't separate into a hardened mess like the ones purchased in the states. It is as fresh and unadulterated as one would expect. I also like knowing that the source of the seeds is not contributing to the oppression of Palestinians in their own homeland.
